Nearly every single G1 figure all in one lot!
I am in a unique position to make an investment right now. I have decided to see what I could get for every TF item I own if someone can buy the entire lot.
    MISB:
    Jazz
Optimus Prime (Gigi series 3 back graphic)
    Prowl
    Topspin
    Ultra Magnus
    Powerglide
    Astrotrain
    Mindwipe
    Ransack
    Sixshot
    Swindle

MIB but sealed on interior card:
    Brainstorm
    Sureshot
    Grotusque
    Gnaw
    Hun-grrr
    Tantrum
    Weirdwolf
    Sinnertwin (Japan version)

    MIB:
(See spreadsheet below) Most figures and boxes are mint/near mint since I've owned 10+ of each figure and always kept the best and sold the rest.
I stopped collecting after series 4 but I did get the merger cassettes & Seacons (Have cards/box) and I have a bunch of loose pretenders/actionmaster/small TM & HM stuff.
Over the past few years I've also acquired a few thousand worth of recent stuff (Reissues, Alternators, Classics, Titanium) and other series in between (MW, BW, BM, RID, etc...).
I've also got a few thousand left in my "for sale" inventory (Not including what's listed on my ebay).
I will also throw in my ebay account Gestalts_Vault. I currently have a 676 score. 3 people left me negatives in the past 12 months all due to the fact that I'm slow to ship (All feedback gives me high praise for item quality and packaging). 2 of the negs will be gone within a few months. I could probably pay the other guy to MWD.

Obviously I'm only looking for serious buyers. I remember when the movie came out, a woman with a similar collection sold hers for 92K (If I recall correctly). I know things have changed since then and my proposal is rather more unique.

Honestly, I'd prefer to sell to someone who can come and inspect everything in person (SoCal) to avoid concerns about confusion/misrepresentation and shipping. Still, I have to listen to any serious interested party regardless of location.

Loose Jetfire is Matsushiro. Loose Prime is light blue version. Loose Prowl is Takara circle stamp. Extra Ultra Magnus is Plastic tire MISB.

The Devastator Missiles and Guns are from the gift set (Notice they're mostly still on sprue) and I also have the giftset instructions along with 6 instruction booklets from each individual figure.

The fake Rumble/Laserbeak is just a throw in. Not included in my excel spreadsheets. I have 2 loose Rumbles, one without stamping or rubsign. One with. I also forgot to mention I have the pre-rub Buzzsaw to go along with the pre-rub soundwave.

Due to space constraints, I've kept my collection shelved in a way that uses as little space as possible. I've taken some pics of the shelves but the pics don't do my collection justice. I'm cataloging everything on an excel spreadsheet right now. Does anyone know if there's a way to upload xls do that they viewers can still sort by collumn? If not, I might post it as text. Then I'll have to take everything down and photograph. Probably in groups. When I get those pics uploaded, I'll edit them into this thread.

For such a collection it would be best to brake and sell piece by piece or a few at a time. I will take time but in the long run it will be worth it. Good luck on your sale.

I moved the shelves from one room to another so the top 3 pics are current. When I get individual pics done, I'll prolly replace all of these.

    Ebay:
Yeah botcon would be a good place to sell these , i bet you would sell them all, who knows someone may show up with a load of cash and buy half or all them in one haul..
Ebay would sck to sell these on, just because of there fees and non paying bidders, that place is a toilet anymore..

You got some awesome stuff there and dont think you would have any trouble sellling it all off at botcon or other toy conventions or shows..

Awesome collection. If I had the money I'd go for it. As others have said Botcon might be the best place to try to sell them, also splitting them up will get the most money for you.

Oh to have $60,000 sitting in the bank right now...

I agree, Botcon is probably a better bet. For one thing, you've got people there who are a lot more serious minded about buying expensive TFs, not to mention a captive shopping audience who might just be persuaded to buy something they weren't looking for before. You also have the advantage of not having to deal with shipping, Paypal chargebacks, and asshole non-paying bidders. Plus when people buy at Botcon, they're serious about getting good merch and generally not satisfied with any old cheap shit that comes down the pike.

No one can ever sell their collection as a whole. Get real. You need to split it up. I mean, has anyone really spent over $10,000 in one swoop on a transformer collection?

The only way you'll sell it all is for under half price to someone that is going to just split it up and make the real money off of it anyway. :-T
