I've honestly been looking through the feedback thread and the radicons sections for an hour, could anyone point me to where I could find it? or tell me how it's done?

Thanks for everyone who takes there time to help.

Note that the fix only works if the screw heads don't get all chewed up trying to get them out in the first place...like what's happened on mine.

You can try to put some rubber (like from a thick rubber band) between the screw head and the driver. That's what I do when I'm working on PC's.

took it step by step, and it worked great. It forgot a step though. The Lower leg has two screws you need to remove before pulling the two halves apart.

Yeah, pretty cool and essential for proper leg movement.

so that's what's wrong with the legs, i always thought it was odd and ******ed design that i have to rotate the thighs 180 from hip like doing a van damme split then rotate the lower legs back facing the original direction just to fold up the the legs properly in vehicle mode. will try this when i get home.

Like the linked thread mentions, make sure not to lose/dislodge the springs inside the legs when doing this mod. I did, and now my Superion has no ratcheting in his leg.

Does this work when the chewed up screw heads in question happen to be the ones in the lower leg pieces, which of course are deep in there? I may try that and see if it works...
