Complete Bruticus and Constructicon Maximuses (Maximi?) are probably relatively rare compared to Superion Max. The last two limbs for both came out in the very last wave of Energon basics, and many stores didn't get more than a single case of them (and almost as many never even got that much). I don't think they'd be incredibly super rare, though.
