He looks pretty cool. I might pick him up.

 

Everyone seems to transform his arms wrong. They look a lot better if you turn the wheels around to face backwards and then raise his shoulders up and twist his fists around. Makes the toy look a lot better...

 

I've always loved Skids, he's awesome. Already have 2 though (original and US reissue).

Well worth picking up in my opinion - nice, unique design.

Same here. Traded a loose BT Alt Hound for a MISB TRU Skids+cash, here on the forum. Good deal though, but what an UGLY bot! I'm all for G1, but that is one of the bots that's on my shit list!

Never had this figure. Actually, I really dont even remember ever seeing it before. Looks like a pretty nice G1 figure. Unfortunatly, I'm not at all interested. I want to be, but I'm just not.

I never had Skids as a kid, but picked up the TRU reissue for £8.50 at this year's Auto Assembly. Despite having pretty much no articulation apart from arms up, arms down, I like him, he has a certain charm.

He didn't feature much in the cartoon, but got more love in the comic. He featured prominently in a few stories, most notably involving RAAT, and at one point battling Ravage to save his kinda (human) girlfriend (I may not be remembering that quite correctly).

 

This looks sick, a DEFINITE BUY!

 

I'm looking forward to the Green and Orange repaints of Skids/Crosscut! I'll pick the Encore version if I see him on sale down the road, maybe at Botcon. I have the TFC version and just got Crosscut.
