I've had Electrostatic Soundwave for quite some time. I like him, but the panels in the car mode WILL NOT line up properly. If I one side is good, the other starts to come apart. Also, when I got it at Walmart, I noticed that both ESWs there weren't transformed correctly. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have the blue one (what ever the one that comes with Laserbeak is called), which I think is the same exact mold and it lines up pretty easily for me. It's pretty tight and aligned looking in vehicle mode.

I noticed mine does not to go together in alt mode as "clean" as the first one did. I also have a little trouble with the under-carriage part that makes up his chest in bot mode. I cannot get the tabs to fit into where they are supposed to. But all in all it still looks good.

Starting to sound like a swapped-piece problem. SM and naitch have the original to compare to ES side-by-side?

If it's the knees, I've already fixed that. But I'll go check in a minute.

I looked at both, and the only difference I can see is that the ball cups at the knees on ESW could be slightly larger. I don't know how that would affect the arms, roof, and undercarriage from lining up though.

My ELS does not properly line either in alt mode. The original is fine but it seems the mold is suffering from being used again.
