BM Si, ese es el Santo. Pero en su forma real protagonizó muchas peliculas en los 50´s - 70´s.

You definately need to do more wrestlebots! I highly suggest La Parka, Abismo Negro, El Canek, or Mil Mascaras. Maybe some Japanese masked wrestlers too? Jushin Thunder Liger, Tiger Mask, Hayabusa, Great Sasuke, El Samurai, or Ultimo Dragon would rock.

That´s a really good Idea. Originally, I did the model thinking of the iconic "Super-heroish" status of El Santo for us Mexicans, but the wrestling angle is a cool one too.

I thought this was going to be a Transformer version of "El Santo" from the little-known movie "Jesus Christ - Vampire Hunter".

Well, it is. The Wrestler, the Cult Movie myth, the comic book and cartoon character are all the same.

Another (Not mexican) movie he appears:

I don´t know if JC-VH is weirder than this turkish flick with Santo, Captain America and ... a Villanous Spidey!

Mexico along with Japan love superhero wrestlers. Japan likes to adapt superheroes into wrestlers, while Mexico likes turning it's masked wrestlers into superheroes.

You defiately need to make Mil Mascaras. He's the perfect complement to El Santo. The only probablem is choosing which version to base it on. Mil Mascaras has more masks than Ric Flair has robes. XD

I think this is the most remembered mask... I remember the stamp books back on my childhood, and this was the mask they commonly display.

Now, if El Santo Bot has a Jet Fighter as alt mode, what do you suggest for Mil Mascaras?

I remember that one. Good choice!

Since his focus is on strength, some sort of big land vehicle would probably be best. Like a tank or a bulldozer.
