"Leaf" version.... what is that? The only english I see on there is "Scramble City" as for cost, I got mine locally for $45cdn. The owner gave us a deal b/c my buddy dropped about $400 in his store in one day.

isnt that the reg. version I believe the ehobby has a green matix. The purple version looks a crap ton better than the grey version. I like the Red accents

I have the purple version. Isn't that the standard version, and the G1-accurate deco was the E-Hobby?

The reissue is the purple one and the reissue Ehobby is the G1 colors with gold leaf accents. I don't know if the gold leaf accents were preapplied. I purchased the purple one.

As others have stated, the purple "show accurate" one is the regular reissue, which is good news if that is what you're looking for.

The E Hobby release was the grey one with the optional gold leaf stickers. The toy was meant to be "Galvatron II", the character summoned from a parallel reality by Unicron in the last issues of Marvel's G1. The gold leaf was modelled after some Japanese artbook where Galvatron had the gold leaf deco added in for effect. The art was reprinted in the Generations book if you've got that.

I'm still trying to get over Galvy's goatee.

Yeah, that's what I thought too.
