Look at what this tool just tweeted

"Some critics curiously have decided to like "Transformers 3" becuz it's as bad as the second, which they hated. Not me."

Factually, there is nothing wrong with what he is saying.

If a critic hated ROTF, they said DOTM was just as bad, but they said they liked DOTM, it would indeed be very curious.

    Oh wait, I forgot where I'm at...just a sec.

"Ebert didn't like DOTM?!? RRAAARRRGH!!! WHERE IS HE?!?!?!?!?!?"

EDIT: Oh, and if he's such a tool...why are you following him on Twitter? :sly:

Wait, you're surprised of this? We should filter his name so everytime someone posts it "Bay-Hater #1" comes out instead :p

... Okay. So if I'm correct, Ebert I basically saying the critics who like DOTM but disliked ROTF are wrong. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I see where this is going. Intentional or not, he's stirring the hornet's nest right now.

can you explain why that makes him a tool?

i'm either lost, or an adult so i can't understand the reasoning.

I thought nobody cared what Ebert thought, why is his Twitter being followed so closely?

I personally don't give a shit what Ebert, or any other "critic" says about the movie. I enjoyed it, and was entertained, and that's all that matters.

You're almost right. He's wondering aloud why critics who did NOT like ROTF, and said DOTM was just as bad, are saying that they liked DOTM.

    It's a perfectly valid question.

He's speaking for other critics, and mocking them for having an opinion different than his.

    Tool.

He's claiming to know why other people liked a movie. Not sure how "facts" play into that.

Why should I care what he thinks? He liked Speed 2, Home Alone 3, and Van Helsing. He is to film criticism what Jar-Jar was to Star Wars.

Hell, he also liked Phantom Menace come to think of it.

What's amusing is he doesn't believe anyone is entitled to their opinion.

:lol  at those critics! the first time they saw it they had rotf in their heads. they see it a second time and go :)  Ebert, on the other hand, hates this. it would be oh so hilarious if he was left as the only critic to hate DOTM. it would end the planet, and why not the universe, if he started liking it.

wouldn't their review they wrote and published on both films be a record of their thoughts?

    confused.
