If its been over a week since you sent your message to the seller about it, then yes....go right to paypal.

Ouch. I can kind of relate, not exactly having the greatest time with one seller. All I can say is keep trying AND paypal is your friend (well in this case it can be).

A crumply bubble isn't as bad as the black convoy I got this week, it was shipped loose, got here in pieces, with the front bumper pieces bouncin around everywhere and half transformed, I couldn't beleive the whole thing didn't get chipped to hell, and his auction states how nicely he ships everything. It's the first time I"ve had a prob with e-bay though. But yeah i feel your pain, It's shockin when you get this product and it's f-ed up. I dont know what to leave for feedback for this guy

Oh....what I have done in the past is, I give the seller a week to respond....that shows Paypal that you did give the seller a chance to respond....if the seller doesn't reply within a week, then file a claim with Paypal....not a dispute....more than likely the seller will want it back...you'll have to pay for shipping back to him/her....get delivery confirmation....I think Paypal even requires it....that way you're covered on your end...you'll at least get your loot back you spent on the figure.

Thats the first one that I won..It was in better shape then the one in the box.
That seller emailed me back and had a 3 day return policy so he refunded me the money,.

There other seller with the Shockwave in Box hasnt emailed me back yet, Im starting to think I should go through paypal or reverse the charges and ship this thing back.

Ever scince the movie people been cleaning out the attic and selling there junk toys. I just dont trust loose G1 anymore.

Just want to let you know though, the loose leg is a common issue for shockwave. Sometimes even a minty shockwave will have problem standing straight.

email the seller back and telling him or her if they don't respond you are going to file a paypal dispute, if it doesn't work go right away with a claim.

I had this problem not long ago with some ebay seller.

    Ebay:
Yeah eBay can be shitty. I got a GF Starscream on Friday that was shoved in a box (with no packing materials) that was so tight I literally had to rip the shipping box up because it wouldn't slide out. Oh, and the only reason I bought it was because the guy swore he would pack it in a large box with extra padding and the the box was C10 mint. Of course the box got smashed....fucking asshole.

sorry for all your troubles man. I have purchased allot on eBay and all I got to say is research your seller. If you find a common problem like slow shipping or crummy packing it will at least let you know what you are in for. Good luck next time, man.
