I dont do it anywhere it will damage the box or toy and you cant see it I just started doing it after losing out to paypal with guys that sent back a blatant junker in place of the nice toy I sent out. Its still a struggle but paypal tend to take you side when you present them with the evidence.
RL, from what I've read here, are you under the impression the feedback changes have already occurred? They don't go into effect until "sometime" in May, according to eBay. Fee changes however happen tomorrow. Also, you're crazy generous dude. Accepting returns on items buyers have opened by the buyer blows my mind, as it's not technically the same as what you shipped.
I didnt realise the actual feedback change was may I thought it was today, I know the guys I'm talking about are under the impression its today thanks for the heads up !
Isn't shipping normally a little longer when items are going overseas? Tell her to keep her panties on.
Actually, you're both correct. Unless I'm mistaken, America, Britain and Germany are subject to the policy change today. Other international eBay sites won't follow suit until May. How on Earth did you manage to mail a jumbo jet to Switzerland?
I am done with ebay because of stuff like this. I love how buyers act like since you sell things they can rip you off. I quit using ebay last week and honestly I feel better because of it.
Hey RL, Glitcher's previous post got me curious about eBay UK's feedback change schedule. For the buyer positives change, that definitely doesn't take effect until May. Some of the other less annoying feedback changes have already begun though. Here's where I got my info: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/businesscentre/2008bsrl/feedback-update.html I hear the best way to give eBay input is to go through their suggestions form, http://pages.ebay.com/help/newtoebay/suggest.html Hopefully hearing more stories like yours will eventually convince eBay this particular feedback change will fail. It's not much, but who knows.
