    hi

    i need your help

    if someone over charge you for shipping
    can i open a dispute and make the seller refund the difference
    almost 30usd of difference

    has anybody open a dispute in these case and won???
    should i open a dispute??

    Other than reporting the guy to ebay for overcharging, and asking for a refund, not much you can do. You should have disputed the charge before you paid.

    in the end ebay is gonna wash their hands of it, its how they handle every money issue

    They label it "shipping and handling" for a reason...it covers their ass and the seller's. Which means you are SOL. It sucks, but that's how it is.

    Two ways to look at this:

    1. He over charged you by $30 on the S/H. Is that excessive? Most would say so (including myself). You can report him to eBay and see where it goes.

    2. However... Are the S/H charges the same as what was quoted in the auction? If yes, I think you pretty much agreed to these charges. If you had thought they were excessive, you have the option not to bid. If he changed them, then yeah... go get him! If he didn't quote his charges, and you didn't ask... you are sol.
