I need to know what the masses would do in this case: I bought a laptop battery back on October 3rd. When it arrived, it was not the one listed in the auction. The seller was good and paid to have it shipped back, and shipped me out another one. Fast forward to today, where the new battery finally escaped from Canadian customs (its home for the last 2 weeks). Again, it is the wrong battery. I've just emailed him and am waiting for his response. Would you just give up at this point and ask for a refund? Would you give him another chance? I think I've missed the paypal refund option. What would you do? Thanks!
Depends on what he does when you complain. If he won't pay to ship it back and send you what you bought, ask for a refund. His fuckup. Definitely don't do any more business with him.
I would ask for a refund, if he makes a fuss I would file something with Paypal or eBay. If it was just the one time then it was an honest mistake but twice like this sounds to me like he's just a bad seller. Either way I hope you didn't pay to much for it and I hope you get your money back man.
He is sending out another battery, and told me just to keep the other one as it would cost too much to send it back. We shall see what happens here. And no, I am not out a huge amount of money here. On a side note... Anyone looking for a Dell (Type D5318) laptop battery?
