Update: eBay just refunded me through Paypal. What should I do? Wait till the TFs arrive, then send the seller payment again? Hey guys, I don't know where to put this but since it is eBay related maybe I can get some help here. I've recently opened a case against a seller who did not ship my TF for a month. Now after opening a case, eBay gives the seller 7 days to contact me, he did but it was explaining why he did not answer my messages due to emergencies and not with a tracking number. So the 7 days was up and eBay prompted me to give them details on whether or not the seller had contacted me. I told them yes, but he did not provide me with a tracking number. So now I was told that I won't have to do anything and eBay will handle it. Then I shot another message to the seller and what do you know, the next day he gives me the tracking. But that is after the 7 days and now I can't close the case. I've tried calling eBay but I've read that it is almost impossible to get a rep on the phone and I've tried....what do I do? Should I try and close the case by talking to a rep or just wait till my item arrives? I feel bad since he gave me the tracking already, but the case is still open. Sorry for the read.
