Well I just got off the phone with Paypal-Ebay. I protected for the full cost of the item if its not recieved.

Yea I know Ma but the guys has 100 feedback plus only sells TF's didnt scream scam to me.

I thought he was pissed he let it go too cheep, thats why he decided no refund my money.
I think if he was gonna rip me off he would of never refunded my money in the first place.

I think you get charged more money if the buyer uses a credit card as apposed to a bank transfer

 

While this collector has not personally screwed me over, I have been told by a few others that he has scammed them.

Aprim, I hope you keep us posted on this transaction and post pics when it arrives. Paypal is good for buyers in most cases, but be prepared to wait awhile to get a refund if you have to file a claim.

Honestly, I wouldn't buy anything from China anymore after my last transaction from that part of the world. To make a long story short, I bought a Taylor Made golf club on eBay and the guy said he was located in NJ on the listing but when the club came in it was addressed from China. Took it to my local PGA Pro and after inspection deemed it to be fake, took me 3 months to get my $200 back but I did get it in the end.

I will say this much, in cases like this eBay/paypal seems to be much more buyer friendly than it is towards sellers. So here's hoping everything works out for the best!

Wait until it shows up. USPS has been pretty fast about getting incoming international packages to where they're going recently, so you won't have to wait for too long.

And plus, if he sends you a bag of shit and you close the dispute, you're out of luck.

 

Whatever you do, dont cancel the dispute. Paypal has put a hold on the funds you sent him, so if anything you will get your money back if there is a problem.

 

Yea the dude wouldn't even give me tracking unless I promised to cancel the dispute.

Now he keeps asking me to cancel it. But I aint that dumb!
