G1 Transformers MIB D-84 ABOMINUS - eBay (item 280377643842 end time Jul-27-09 20:48:57 PDT) I sold a bunch of good shit to pay for it. So I pay through paypal on Tuesday. He refunds my money and tells me bank transfers only. The Auction said paypal. I dont want to transfer money to someones bank account in China. Seems shady but now he wants me to cancel the transaction. I'm so pissed. how should I handle it. Just move on or fight him?
that really sucks. I would not do a bank transfer unless he's talking about payment through bank funds verse credit card in paypal. (I'm guessing thats not what he's asking for). You may want to fight it a little bit and if it goes no where hit him with a Negative strike.

Dude, you must have Balls of STEEL for I would never dare make purchases from that part of the globe. I hope that this REALLY turns out well. (Probably because we'd all heard/read somewhere about how "GOOD" these guys are when the bell for $$$ starts ringing.) Sounds like you got it settled, which is good. Message to everyone, get Ebay involved when you have a problem, they will handle it.
What is the difference betwwen bank transfer and Credit? To seller, I beleive he receives the same amount money. The other point is, maybe, seller thought after bank transfer the payment is cleared while credit payment may lead to a fraud or charge back. One word, it is hard to buy from ebay, even harder to sell.
Look at the bright side, eBay's a relatively huge channel for one's purchases. Anyway, Buyers get better protection from both eBay & PayPal nowadays as compared to last time. In fact, I would say that its safer to buy than to sell on eBay. You have no idea what some Buyers will do to pull some stunts/frauds there in order to get their stuffs FREE. My guy ran into a tough situation whereby the Buyer complains that item's packaging was crushed, yet refused to ship it back though my guy did offered an exchange/refund to him. Told my guy that he knows how eBay & PayPal chargeback system works & he can manipulate those to his advantage so that he gets to keep BOTH the toy & his money! Yeah, there are people like that.
I wouldnt buy a damn thing from this guy. bank transfer means he'll take your money and you get no toy. Comon' Aprim, that red flag shouldve popped up fast. girltf is atleast85 and there was another name this seller used but I cant think of it. Talk to killabkilled, he should know. I got a misb abominous in storage in florida, I'll sell it to you when I get back down there.
I hope you paid from your credit card balance, i'm not 100% sure this guy isn't going to send you something other than what's pictured.
