Is this expired?

 

Don't want to rain on your parade, but this listing looks suspicious. He's sold close to 40 now (I've been keeping track) but whenever you go to the product page he always have 5 left. There are positive reviews pertaining to this item but they all came from people with 1 or 2 reviews with one of them saying: "one of my fav sellers, always a pleasure to deal with A+++". Yeah well if you've bought many times in eBay, why do you only have 2 reviews?

I mean it's always possible that this will come through. But at the same time .....

Also, he added a $25 shipping surcharge on his $130 listing.

The known reliable sellers have it for $139 shipped (free shipping) before the flash sale discount. Including baba (he offers $5 off $129).

The other guy @ $130 is really $155 shipped before the flash sale discount. Folks please make sure you always check the for the shipping cost.

 

Actually up to sometime today there's no shipping cost associated with the item. It's definitely a weird listing. Anyway it could be legit, but there's too many buyers with 1 or 2 reviews. Also most seemingly legit buyers only bought items that are 20 to 30 dollars.

 

I know it’s a long post, but if you reread the 2nd paragraph that begins with ‘below is a screenshot...’ I address that point. [bold letters added now to emphasize what was previously pointed out]:

Below is a screenshot for one of his listings where you can see that 1 item is same price, but if you buy 2 products overall (doesn't have to be the same figure multiple times), the cost of that particular item/listing goes down, to the values the tiles illustrate, until the tally of items in your cart reaches 4 items.

 

It was free shipping this morning so it really was $110 shipped, altho I can't say how reliable that seller is. I was uncomfortable enough to just stick with baba, I'll pay the $5 more for the peace of mind.

 

Good move. It's rather sneaky and conniving for a seller to jack up the price $25 for shipping. I'm sure only $5 or less actually goes to shipping and he pockets the rest. He did that once he got wind of the flash sale going on. I can't recall baba ever doing something sneaky like that.

 

Well this has me nervous. Hopefully he comes through on this. I saw someone posted the link on the Quietus thread then check the china eBay seller thread and saw him on the good list so took a chance.

Also yeah this morning it was only going for $130 shipped. He seem to have add a $25 shipping surcharge now

 

Iirc, you can cancel an order via ebay if you find the same item for cheaper? It's actually one of the legit reasons to back out of a purchase.
