EMS Epacket worked fine outside of occasional postal/dock worker strikes, so they went and "fixed" something that wasn't broken and now it sucks. gg eBay.

It looks like I so far had a good experience with Speed Pak. My first Speed Pak is being delivered soon, and my second arrived in the states. The tracking updated multiple times for each.

So far so good for me. It beats the slow boat shipments. Those usually take a month and the boxes come crushed.

Well yeah if the withdrawal gets approved it would just be the US withdrawing from the treaty... Other countries can do what they want.

From what I can see down here, Canada seems pretty reasonable most of the time so hopefully you'll be fine.  

 

I am getting a little worried about a couple orders I placed. They have been stuck since the last flash sale. Now I see the person I ordered from has some massive price drops on items that make me wonder. Ex. caosuyun226-6 has GT-02 IDW Tyrant for only 50 US, FT Apache and a KBB starscream also seem to be listed fairly low. MFT Omega is only 40. Just wanted to ask if this is regular for this seller or should I prepare for my first attempt at getting a refund on ebay

 

Probably shipped with SpeedPAK. It’s slow. All you can do is wait for now.

If you're going to try and get a refund, it's typically much faster to go through PayPal. The M.O. described by @Havokdogg above seems typical of a seller that 'goes rogue.' If you want to check on one or more particular sellers from China, you should check out: China Ebay Seller Check

According to USPS.com's Informed Delivery page 1 of my 2 remaining SpeedPAK shipped packages from the 9/27/18 Ebay flash sale has arrived at my post office this afternoon and will be delivered tomorrow. Unfortunately there's no way for me to tell which item it is until it arrives and I inspect it. Gotta love SpeedPAk......not!

 

Both my speedpak orders came today, last time I checked tracking it still said left destination DC departure. 19 days overall with the holiday in there isnt terrible.
