Ok I call BS on this. If you paid $900 for those figures, you're dumber than you lead us on to be.

If you are trying to defend yourself by claiming that those pictures didn't tell you enough of a story and that you actually had to hold those figures, then read the last part of the previous sentence.

Don't come on here expecting sympathy and hand holding when you can't clearly see those figures are in pretty beat up condition. Grapple is the only one that loks like he might be salvagable. All the others, no.

Though you did pay way too much for those figures, and that's a big fat IF you really did and aren't just talking out your ass, the lady you got those figures from does at least deserve a small portion of that money. That or else you should send those figures back.

If you don't do either, you've basically ripped the seller off, and give good ebay buyers a bad name.

At least you did the right thing by sending them back. You're still a dumbass.

    Ebay:
laziness is to blame for this.
too damn lazy to check a seller out.
Too damn lazy to actually look in the EBAY FORUMS here.
Too damn lazy to post this IN the EBAY FORUMS.
Too damn lazy to look at actual toys in good condition to comparison shop.
Too damn lazy to bother asking questions.
see a pattern here? or is it too much effort to follow the clues?

if the calorie sacrifice to protect yourself and your wallet is too damn high, you have more than just toy problems.

Holy geez. All I was trying to do was show people that may come across this that it's worse than expected. Everybody thinks I'm looking for sympathy and they all say all this trash without knowing anything about the deal. I was just trying to give info. I didn't rip anybody off, I went through ebay, they sent me a shipping label, the lady got her stuff back and I got my money back. So hopefully somebody can go buy this stuff again and I won't have hurt the seller too much by just showing what they are selling because they have no idea.

If you really think I paid 900 dollars who is the bigger idiot?

You are sitting here saying she is a bad seller when its your fault is the issue. You bought garbage and the pics you said are from the auction clearly show garbage. Get what you pay for.

$9.00 for all those, $2.25 each, free shipping. I would have been happy with them. Would've displayed them on my office desk. Poor seller.

THIS is pretty much the reason why I cannot accept nor feel sympathy or even acknowledge this issue. It was ALL on you, not the seller. You did not exercise due diligence, and I cannot accept that at all. It's on YOU to educate yourself on the product. When I saw those pics I knew everything I needed to know about what I could have gotten. At that price for junkers? I think it's reasonable, even.

See, this is the problem. You people jump my case because you think I'm complaining. All I thought I was doing was showing off what might be sold again and somebody gets it isn't exactly what they thought it would be. That was the whole reason for saying anything. The thing was settled and both parties have what they started with. I didn't know I was making such a mistake in all of your eyes. Had I known I wouldn't have said a word.
