Just started on this. Claws seem like they'd fit Grimlock, so I made them detachable from his shoulders. Started sculpting the head, I know it looks mostly like mush, but it will shape up. Haven't done his cat ears yet because I still need to open his head.

Good catch. I'm going to craft him some exhaust pipes to go on his turret, a scratch made cleaver, and I want to somehow incorporate his T-rex mode into his shield. It's going to be a lot of work altogether.

I didn't realize you left the batteries in him, Ellamin, I could have had pics with a red visor!

Intereting concept, I alot of people always go for the hulk tf figure but this one is interesting, I will defently be keeping an eye on this, tell me will you be trying to make him into some sort of tank instead of having the wheels or will you be keeping the wheels on him?

I was strongly considering converting the two back wheels into treads since it wouldn't effect transformation, but I decided against it. I might change my mind if I find a pair that fits well.

Installed a rocker switch to keep his eyes and flashing lights on, moved his flashing LED's to the siren, disconnected the speaker, installed his smokestacks, refined his head a little. Will look MUCH better once I move the visor out a little.
