    Should Earle return in another film? Should he be a villain? Should he be a villain's henchman/advisor cos of his knowledge of Wayne Enterprises? Perhaps he linked the experimental vehicle, Batmobile, to Wayne Industries? Maybe he uncovers Wayne is Batman?
    I think its interesting to explore that angle, the vengeful ex-employee.

    No. batman has a fantastic rogue gallery. We don't need to make up new villains. Anyway batman should have the villains, not Bruce Wayne.

    Personally, I want to see Talia and Ra's al Ghul.

    Well, I find it more interesting if both 'personas' have enemies, conflicts and personal problems. I like Batman, but was more drawn to Spider-man, my fave super hero, for that very reason. Just my thoughts.

    I think Hand of Omega means they want Ra's to return (Remember he did have something to help him live longer) this time with Talia.

    I wouldn't mind if Earle returned, but his usefulness in the story sort of ended with the ending of Batman Begins.

    I say Mad Hatter for next villian with Depp as the actor. He's already played the role so it shouldnt be a problem.

    I really can't see a point to him returning. He wasn't really a villain anyway, so it would be pretty weird to bring him back in that context.

    Not really. Harvey Dent wasn't a villain initially.
    Earle could still be at rock bottom, but has intimate Wayne Industries knowledge, like I said, maybe he links the 'Batmobile' and other things to Wayne and uses them as blackmail against Bruce - not knowing he is Batman. Then a criminal mastermind recruits him based on his Wayne link for intel.
    I'm not saying he should be a major villain, just involved in some way.
    I always thought to myself, "if I was him, I'd get pretty nasty and try to put one back on Wayne, to ruin him".

    One person told me the other day that the premise suited a Spider-man, Daredevil or Superman film, but the idea didn't work for Batman. I still fail to see why.

    Because Batman has the best rogues' gallery of any superhero. Bringing back Earle would take screen time away from characters we actually give a shit about.
