    Hey everyone

I dont know if anyone has posted this here already but just wondering if anyone who got this set has had any problems with Scraphead or Rodimus. I recently got mine and Scrapheap has the same stressing issue on his hands as RTS Wreck Gar (at least on mine) and Rodimus came with warped plastic around his leg area and one of his arms which make it impossible to have him properly transformed in alt mode (not noticeable in robot mode). I have taken pics of how my affected Rodimus looks in alt mode.

The warping in the arm prevents it from locking into position in alt mode

Its hard to notice but the warp is there so its unable to lock into position

The warping on the Wreckgar molds hands is quite "normal" and is found on all versions of it. Rodimus on the other hand is news to me, not sure if anyone else has had this problem though. I would seek a replacement from the online retailer for him, not sure if the same could be done for Scrapheap.

I actually just noticed this on mine two days ago. It's not really that bad (on mine) to notice but I'm glad I'm not alone.

Shadow Magnus, you're not alone bro (see pics).. Mines has the very same issues as yours, also the knee pads in vehicle mode do not tab in completely... They stick out and there's no way I can tab it in, I think it has to due with the type of plastic. Not sure on yours but mines when transforming to robot mode it's very stiff!

On the other hand robot mode is great!

Yea, I fiddled around with Rodimus for a good amount of time and got it as good as I could. The other issue I had which BBTS resolved with no problems is one of my knee joints was over-glued so it would not budge, and I didn't want to take it apart in fear of cracking something.

My Hot Rod and Scrapheap were perfect. However, Kup's rifle was not in the box. No big loss, Shapeways came to the rescue with two IDW style pistols for Kup.

I thought my Hot Rod was warped too, however I transformed him back and fort and now it looks perfect, took a bit of massaging though.

Just curious, how come your scarphead will have stressmark on hands even before you insert that stick?

I contacted BBTS and I am now waiting their response on this matter. At least I now know I am not the only one with Rodimus problems. All joints on my Rodimus are tight at least so I dont have any problems with the tightness. Its a shame that this set is having these issues :(  I would at least think that there would be some good QC over this set for its price.

Unfortunately, QC is blind to the pricepoint. Look at Masterpiece Rodimus Prime.

Unfortunately, I think that's a general flaw in the design of the toy. Both my RTS and E-Hobby set ended up with a stress mark in the hand because the plastic used it too stiff to flex enough for the axe to be inserted.

I got around that on both by slotting the axe in from the end of the handle. It means that the axe sticks out from the hand quite a bit, and he can't hold it through both hands simultaneously, but the hands don't take any extra damage.
