Alright, this is wierd. I listed my Brave Max and reissue Predaking on e-bay but for some reason I never got a confirmation e-mail saying that Brave Max was listed, but I got one for Predaking... And when I run a search for "Brave Maximus" my listing doesn't even come up. It only comes up if I run a second search. Something's wrong here... anyone else have this happen?

I did a search for "takara brave" looking for Brave stuff, and found the auction.

Ebay does random checks on listings to ensure that they are legit, your listing should take about 2 to 6 hours to show up. My brother works for Ebay and I asked him the same question last week about an auction I listed. Hope that helps man :thumb

Yeah, ebay is a big scam, big surprise, but especially for smaller sellers.

When you submit a listing your timer starts, but that does not mean that your listing is actually posted on ebay yet.

The actual listing is posted on ebay when they feel like it, usually that day or the next day even though you are paying for that time they're dick'n around.

Also if you have ever has a listing removed by ebay for any reason, its possible that they can black list you and then every item you list for sale they will wait to post it until after their minions scan it to make sure it doesn't violate polices. I can go into more detail on this one if needed.

Another fun one is they will lock your account for no reason (officially called suspicious activity, but they won't say what for) so no one can bid on your items eventhough you are paying for the time. This can sometimes take up to a week to resolve. Then you end up having to relist them again giving the ebay crooks more money.

All of these scenerios have happened to me personally. Man I fucking HATE ebay, its too bad that its the only place to get some types of stuff. I obviously have a bias opinion, but I've been through it also.

That's happened on eBay for at least the last year. Perhaps they've cut back to less detailed search results in order to lighten the load.

..........and their shipping rate calculator is a disaster.

I have never had a problem with the shipping calculator and none of the funky eBay stuff has happened to me, yet.

    Ebay:

    Me either.

I love eBay...it's just than some of it's users are idiots. Not to imply that anyone in this thread is an idopt....
People charge an arm and leg for the shitake on there.

I am offended at being considerd an idopt!! :p

Yes and no. More so, people are willing to pay an arm and a leg. All the same in the end!

You know I really only hate ebay for selling.
I actually like it very much for buying. I have been very, very lucky buying considering the amount of import stuff I bought there. Although I have a guy right now that owes me a SOC GX-04S for $200 and its not looking good. I usually only buy from big sellers and I'm willing to wait to get the low price.
