Got a question for all you guys who have dyed something in the past.

How difficult is it? I'm thinking about grabbing an Alt Swindle to dye into Trailbreaker. Most of the parts are basically going from yellow to black, which should be easy I think, but I wasn't sure.

I tried one with unsatisfactory results. The plastic is just a little too weak IMO to handle the heat/dye. And it seemed that the dye took to certain parts better than others since Swindle is made from several different grades of plastic. Not to mention the fact that this guy is held together with A LOT of pins. Swindle is one tough cookie to take apart.

Someone in another thread said they made one using Krylon Fusion paint. I would suggest going that route.
