I know @rubadubspawn sold those same insignias at one point. maybe he still does. Tf-direct has them too: Logo stickers
They didn't leave any room for an insignia on the center of Menasor's chest either. Looks like a port.
SOLD -100% complete -only transformered once to robot mode and then displayed, like new. -comes with yellow eyes, insignia (dry rub-on), sliver foil sticker on middle chest and gray stickers on knees-see green arrows -due to the paint chipping on his legs, I stripped the paint off the legs and crouch area only. *it actually look better as it match the non-painted robot parts for a more uniform look. See close-up picture. -paint and quality same as been reported by others on this tread -didn’t come with extra replacement parts -great display piece PM if you’re interested Thanks for looking
Nope, after seeing how great Flipout is being reported, going with X-Transbots instead. Doing a switch.... and Fans Toys Is looking interested also.
Hey guys new here, was starting to get interested in the X-Trans versions of this, and stumbled on this thread. Any opinions on the two? Looks like the previous posts are promoting the X-Trans versions -- too many Transformers for me to keep straight!
This guy is riddled with QC issues, which is unfortunate as he's clevery engineered. If he were properly QC'd I'd recommend him over the XTB version. But unless there's an improved second release, the general consensus is 'avoid'.
What KO company is that Megs made by, please? I like the metallic finish. As a side note, DX9 definitely has the coolest boxart in the 3P world.
I have to be honest, I think I like Montana more than Crackup. The only areas Montana falls down in are the paint chips and smudges (and mine is inundated), and being too big in car mode. But he looks so much cleaner in robot mode, not nearly as many panel lines as Crackup, and I like his head/face sculpt better. I love the little touches like the opening doors and flip-up headlights (which don't work very well, true, but I give 'em an A for effort, they didn't have to do it at all). And I thought his transformation was simpler. The legs could have had an extra tab or two to lock together better, he's not perfect by any means, but I'm fairly satisfied with him and looking forward to that funny-looking Wildrider.
I hand brushed it quickly as I was color testing tamiya chrome acrylic to see if I liked it. I’ll need to go back and finish around the eyes and mouth. But I also found tamiya sliver leaf (spray paint) works too. Hard to tell b/c of the light but the chrome matches well with his sliver thigh.
