I had to show ignored content to see who this was directed at. Now it makes sense :D

Dude, that's a lot of money to have tied up in a figure you're only going to own for 2 months. But I guess if reviews of Gabriel aren't that good, you at least already have your OS!

That's my reasoning too. And FT stuff usually holds its value once it sells out (unless a TT version comes out, then it plummets) , so I'm sure I'll get all that $$$ back.

That would be all well and good if it wasn't at least the second time you aired dirty laundry about this exact transaction in the forums. If he ripped you off by all means sound the alarm but otherwise these issues should be handled privately, Imo.

Not that I know from personal experience (I've never been banned here any manner, thank you!), but yes, you can be banned from a thread for repeated violations in it. I'm sure you can be temporarily (or permanently) banned from the site for it as well, but you can be permanently banned from a single or multiple thread(s).

I do like this guy, I just like the lol of Fanstoys a bit better.

I dislike he wings on this guy. They look hollow. I like the fuller look of FT

I do really like the pistons in the kne bend and the head tilt. Not sure why FZt did not think of that.

Both figures look like winners to me. This hits about 85-90% do me and FT 90-95% of what I want. If price is a problem than hands down go with this guy as Lon as sturdy construction.

I’m happy with FT, just want part B already.

Anyone who throws hate st this figure are just trolls. This is a great looking figure and either choice should look great in your collection. I can’t wait for reviews and side by side comparison.

Still undecided, but I'm starting to go back to Gabriel. He's got that Z-axis chunk that the FT version is missing. I do wish the head was ever-so-slightly smaller though.

I am really interested in this figure if the transformation is less partsformer than Fans Toys

It should be considerably less. If you go back in this thread you'll find where we worked it out that the only PFin on Gabe was the back-wing tracks, the rocket arms, and the tank leaving the body. His legs appear to stay attached.

Looks like I'm in the same boat. Fans Toys TG is pretty poor, and how anyone can defend the way they have engineered the backpack/arm attachment is beyond me. If you look at the video reviews it happens to some of the reviewers where they only have to apply a light force and it comes off. Very bad engineering, but you won't get a sensible answer in the TG thread as they are blind to anything FT does wrong.

Hopefully DX9 can comment on how their's goes together, and whether he will have decent bicep swivel ratchets unlike the weak ones on TG.

I mean, I guess that GIF would lose its effect if it included the 3 or 4 pushes before that where he didn't fall and Optibotimus kept increasing the force to see at what point it actually tips. Or the audio, where he says it's sturdy and doesn't fall on its own.

That sucks man. Sorry you're unhappy with him. I'm looking forward to seeing a Gabriel transformation video too.
