I was being offered a MISB one for 70 shipped. Do you guys think it is a good deal? Is there any significant pros and cons with this version compared with the other two? thx.

The only difference is the deco, but that's a matter of personal preference.

Sounds ok, i'm not sure if it has any color differences besides the Blue gun however. MP is a solid figure and worth the purchase if you don't have one by now:2c:

Oh and if you do buy it... sell that stand to me:thumbs2:

The only downfall for me was that there is no chrome on him.

He's a decent figure. All his colors are a brighter shade, his gun is blue, and he has no chrome. Personally I like the brighter colors, but the lack of chrome bugs me. If that doesn't bother you, then I say go for it, the price is decent. Especially compared to what I see it is on ebay.

Well that's pretty much what it cost retail. So it's not really a bad price.

That's a pretty good price. It would probably cost $10+ just to ship it. He's a heavy sucker.

IMO, the color on DVD Prime flat out sucks. Hasbro went with a cartoon deco, and it looks bad. The red looks more like orange. They added yellow details to his head, that was not needed. And they gave him a blue gun. Furthermore, there's no chrome on him at all.

On the plus side, he does come with a cool base with lines from the cartoon... but the negative is that it's not Peter Cullen's voice. Other than that, go for it. ;)

I just sold my Battle Damage Hasbro MP Prime for $70 shipped. Since that's the better version I'd say the deal is OK but, if you look around you can do better.

Well, I bought mine for $35. Honestly, if I were going to pay more than $50, I would just cough up the rest for an MP-01/04.

Not that it's bad in any way, but I just personally prefer the Japanese release (no surprise from me). But if you don't have any version of the mold, it's definitely worth it to at least have one.

I paid $90 for my DVD edition (shipped), and I think it's a great deal. It depends on your preference, some people don't like the flat paint, but I think the flat colors look much more like the G1 model, so I'm fine with it.

Get it! I love my DVD Prime. I think the colors look great, and price can't be beat for such a fantastic mold. I prefer the eye color compared to the other versions, it comes with a nice base and all the accessories. I even went as far to spend more to have MP Megs stand opposite him, which is an inferior mold in comparison, but they look awesome together. I painted his gun black and also bought long smoke stacks, which is a worthwhile addition.
