I loved diablo 1 and 2 like a son, but I enjoyed Champions even more. More customization and the real-time graphics made for some amazing locals. But I say this carefully because Diablo 2 is an experience no one should ever be without.

Just to be sure, you are aware that you can't use your own character in co-op if you aren't the one hosting the game, right?

Yeah, but I was playing it locally, so it doesn't bother me too much. Not sure if I'm getting it, but I was thinking about it.

No point to the online co-op means no purchase from I. The only person who could even remotely play any game locally with me doesn't like video games.

I passed on it last night too, after all. Pretty stupid when the PSP version of DS is better than the bigger console game.

That said. Anyone have an opinion on The Hunted?

Why did Obsidian make it so co-op was pointless?
It's almost like they said 'Look, this is a collective dungeon crawler, loot fest. Diablo and other games have set the bar pretty high for co-op. Even Castle Crashers has good cooperative play and loot gathering. Let's do none of things."

And the crazy thing is it would take only the smallest patch to fix this.

I want Borderlands including it's co-op style with everyone being rewarded except instead of using guns you use swords and axes.

Is it too much to ask...

No -especially when, you know, Dungeon Siege is the type of game where that kind of thing is a given.

Hell, my kid plays crappy browser based dungeon crawlers and he gets to use his custom character and keep his loot.

That's why I was asking about Hunted. Supposedly it's a little of this, but only two players. Also, Monster Hunter matches that description a little.

I actually got this game, but don't really give a damn about the co-op part of it. I just want to loot dungeons and burninate with Anjali.

What can I say, I'm weird.

Yeah, that looks fantastic! This game will need it's own thread soon :)

I love the fact that Dungeon Siege III is already reviled enough in two days that it's getting its own thread hijacked by another dungeon crawler. :D

Now I REALLY want to play Dungeon Siege III. lol

Don't get me wrong, Box. I'm still thinking about Siege. I'm craving a game like this, and Dungeons and Dragons didn't really satisfy. Dungeon Hunter really wasn't bad at all, but I want a bit more depth. I can get Siege free, but I need to cut back, lol

It's strange that the video for Crimson Alliance didn't show the interviewer, the interviewee or really zoom the camera on the game screen.

Still, I liked what I saw.
It looked like Torchlight with Multiplayer -I'm gonna keep an eye on this one.

Or Diablo 3 on consoles. That would solve every problem in the world, ever.
