Customs: Drybrushing question

    I was wondering how you pros do the scratched effect when using drybrushing on smooth parts. Do you lightly sand the area first, or what?

    Thanks F_R, I was really hoping you would chime in on this since your painting is always top notch, and in fact this question was based on your paint apps. I'm definitely going to give this a shot soon. Thanks again for the info.
