Warhammer 4000. I like the idea of Megatron turning into a chaos baneblade.   Omega Supreme would be a blackstone fortress and Optimus Prime would be a combiner made of an Ultramarines and a Blood Angels Land Raider (to make him nearer Megatrons size.) Of course there's no potential for human followers - the cult mechanicus is likely to consider Transformers heretical, and it'll be a lovely three way.

G.I. Joe is the best one, that would rock, think of the toys, wow!!

 

Metal Gear Solid and Gurren Lagaan both jump out off the top of my head. Both have a lot of mechs that lend themselves to transformation (some already do it too  ).

Soundmeister's Team Fortress 2 suggestion makes me want to wet myself in joy.

I'm sure there are others, but MGS and GL definitely!

 

A transforming Billy Herrington would be fantastic. He could fold up into a jet, sorta like 2007 Movie Megatron.

A Gabe Newell triple-changer. Human-mode, muscle car-mode, and stealth jet-mode.

A Kamen Rider Decade transformer that turns into a horrible actor. Oh, wait... nevermind. Just make it an action figure.

 

X-Files and G.I. Joe! After sending an email sometime ago to IDW, they told me that they actually wanted to do an X-Files/Transformers crossover really bad! But Fox, which owns X-Files, wanted more money than IDW could afford. I would have killed for that! Well not killed, but that would have been so f*cken awesome! Mulder, Scully, and the bots! They could pair Scully with Ratchet and Mulder with Prime but no! Stupid Fox! Don't you know your X-Files franchise is dead? Practically nobody went and saw X-Files 2 (well I did). Fox won't greenlight X-Files 3 because nobody will see it! This is a perfect way to get X-Files some publicity back Fox, but no! They can't give the rights to IDW for what the comic company can afford. Stupid Fox only sees short-term cash not the long term. Please do an X-Files crossover before I die! I'm not asking for Mulder and Scully to show up in "TF Prime". (Though that would kick f*cken ass!) Just do a comic book! Pleeeease? (Hides and cries.)

Lord of the Rings and Transformers, where a fellowship starts out with a mystic artifact that can only be used deep inside enemy lines. I'd cast Ultra Magnus as the White Wizard who dies but comes back, Springer as Aragorn, Kup as Sam, I'd throw in some Dinobots as simple folk.... I dunno maybe Hot Rod as the one who saves them all when all odds are against them.

Oh god....the epicness would kill me!!

 

I'd like to see a Turtles Forever style treatment. Where different dimensions of Transformers meet. And since all of the other dimensions would have Primes and Megatrons covered, for the G1 dimension they could have post movie leaders / characters represent theirs. And even if this was an animated movie treatment rather than a comic, it would be a perfect chance to show Powermaster Prime off if Rodimus Prime were not an option.

 

I've always thought that all the vehicles from the Halo series would make for great Transformers alt-modes...
