Paul and his other groomsmen had a Star Wars light saber fight in the middle of the church.

    :lol  Awesome.

Even if the guy has an unhealthy obsession with collecting (which may or may not require an intervention, depending on the person), I always gravitate toward bitchy wife, honestly.

Chances are she's just trying to control him.

She didn't have the sense to walk away when the groomsmen pulled out lightsabers in the middle of the wedding ceremony?

Things like this are why you're able to do something like file for divorce.

Yes, this guys hobby is overkill, it's not like he just has a lot of SW stuff around the house she wants to get rid of. But at the same time, she should have been able to figure this one out earlier.

I checked my local listings here in Jersey and it shows that the Pack Rats episode is on today. That's the second one listed on Dr. Phil's site. So, maybe the Star Wars collector one will be on tomorrow. I've got to see that! It should be good.

I know, I found the lightsaber thing amusing. Jeez, is this lady all serious business about life and love? I mean, she SAID his apartment was full of SW stuff before she married him. Did she not put 2+2 together?

Well, clearly she intended to fix him! After all, men are as easy to change as a lightbulb!

And just so this doesn't turn into a misogyny-fest, the opposite is true as well. If you want a woman to change her behavior, all you have to do is snap your fingers. It's just that easy!

LOL I hope it doesn't become a misogyny-fest. The woman is being a douche. She said he'd "grow out of it"? What? He's a grown man. This has been going on since he 4 (one video said, I think). Why do some women think they can change this behavior? It's his hobby, let it be.

I think the other episode titles are just as funny

    "Who's the Hoarder?"

    and

    "Treasured Memories vs. Clutter"

Speaking as someone who has a shitload of toys, probably half of it SW, taking up the entire second bedroom, and a GF of ~7 years who is more than tolerant of it all so long as it doesn't spill over into the rest of the house...they're both fucked in the head. Lightsabers at weddings, wanting to name your kids Luke and Leia, and saying you would be content to live in your friggin' basement with your toys..those are signs you need to take a step or four back.
In her case though, expecting him to completely divest himself of a hobby she was fully aware of going in, is unreasonable. She needs to deal with the collection, but he needs to stop taking it so seriously. Maybe pare it down a little bit. Give and take, relationships, yadda yadda...

Sounds like what my aunt would do to my uncle (who is a massive Star Wars fan, collected the memorabilia since he was in his teens) if she did mind his huge Star Wars collection in the house
