everybody have been complaining about his floppy main sword , i can understand child safety and stuff ,but when u are a collector u want your stuff to look real.
so i decided to cast in stronger material.
    and chrome it ...
so it will look more like a sword then a floppy grey plastic .

i used alclad2 chrome and p3 formula for the black and red wash...

now drift can actually make some damage !!

As this threads aim is showing my work not for selling my stuff , if u are willing to purchase my repro parts please contact me in pm :)
    or check this

floppy sword problems can be fixed by dipping them in superglue, then wait and lightly sand down (for example) the tip with extreme fine paper, if there is a bubble. Then paint :D

But this looks very good, well done! ;)

Does the sword still fit in the weapon storage clips without damaging the new shiny chrome?

well if he made the sword mold little thinner than original and then paintlayers, you could offcourse get the right margin :p  but it's though I think ;)
