I'm trying to work these DOTM Wrecker guys in between commission work dry and cure times since Deluxe Leadfoot isn't even out yet, giving me pleeeenty of time.

My take on Topspin here. I did everything I felt safe enough with doing, but with all those little Nascar details, I'd have to get decals to get him near perfect.

Did the best I could with just paints though. Hope yall fellers like em.

Perfect. =) You make me want this guy, but I cant stand the European prices for Transformers figures ._. I do not think that any of you can think of himself paying $29,03 for this mold either.. 19,99€ for a Deluxe??! Whats wrong over here? =(

I love the comparison shots. Everybody doing a movie accurate paint job should get used to posing them accurately aswell.. Great job! :)

That's pretty cool man, it is rather accurate too. On a side note, I absolutely abhor the head on this figure, what was Michael thinking?

I did very similar paint apps to mine. The main differences I did on mine if I remember correctly is that I didn't have as much detail and cleanliness on the panels, didn't mod the kibble, and I gave the metal rods near his head a rusted look. Yours still looks much better than mine though.

Gah, that is too much for a deluxe. Sorry to hear that.

It was certainly more work that I thought I was setting out to do. I was up all night for 2 nights working on him but thought he'd be a one night 5 hours job. Thanks!

Ha thanks, but damn if I didn't forget to put 2 of his guns on his back for the compare shot, for that little extra bit of accuracy.

    Steal away!
