A commissioned figure along with Sideswipe and 2 more to come still...

His arms are horrible and the connection point is ridiculous...not my choice for a movie-ironhide at all. Anyway, it's for my customer and he likes it :)

His cannon is really not proportionate at all so I am going to try and find something more accommodating for him as well as another cannon for the other arm. I just finished painting him so alt. mode pics will come later when the cannons are up and running...

Love the matte finish on the black & the battle-damage is restrained just enough - nice work :thumb

He is actually a great toy, and you did a good job on him.

Wow man... You actually made this figure look a lot more like Ironhide. I like the figure, just not as movie Ironhide at all since the tall slender body shape (among other things) is way off from Ironhide's on-screen look.
This almost fixes all of that though.

    Thanks guys!

Thanks U9, I actually think the deluxe version is better. This one is a bit easier to paint though :)

That figure really DOES look better when you take away the bright blue bits. Great weathering on him too! I like him. :)

Yeah the deluxe is my favorite of all the movie Ironhide toys, even over the Leader class version that sadly doesn't fit in scale with hardly any other movie bots.

Ah I forgot about those because the only ones I ever liked were Bumblebee and Jizz.

Thanks, I never could figure out why Hasbro gave him those blue parts on all class sizes for Ironhide...

I do appreciate :) , yeah the leader Ironhide has potential too.

lol U9, change that last name you typed there :D
