Now that's how to lift kit. Really nice mud effects! You were right too, that head works really well for TB. He only needs the old school pipes on top for the full effect.
I'm not a big fan of crankcase' box-with-limbs look, but you did a really impressive job converting him to an autobot, changing out all his scary spiky bits with friendlier ones. I especially like the chest conversion. Think I agree with d that he needs his iconic behind-the-head thingy.
I'd like to see the light bars removed, or maybe some kind of custom EMS labels to go along with this one, just to make it a bit different. That being said, I really like everything else you've done here. Great work
Along with that, IMO it might be a good idea to clip the claws on his fingers and toes. Make him a little less Decepticonish. But like SQ7 said, great work!
I like it, although I would prefer that the hands were the newer remolded ones with no pointer finger or cut off pointer fingers.
