Ok, so I admit, I'm a hypocrite. I ignorantly bashed the DOTM game and went with the herd without even giving it a chance. After seeing a few YouTube videos of the game, I've sparked interest in it. I don't care if it's technically a toned-down WFC as I love that game as well. Anyways, I'm getting the DOTM game with my Walmart gift cards and was wondering how many people play on the 360? The WFC servers have been very dead lately; most of the time, I spend more time looking at a loading screen instead of actually playing the game because the hosts quit, or my internet connection cops out.

Oh and one more thing: how much does the game cost now and is Sideswipe DLC?

Sideswipe is DLC, only 80 points to purchase ^^

And if anything, I'd say that the price of the game might have gone down, but I don't know for sure.

    I'm guessing 37. Maybe a little less.

The single player campaign may be short. But its a pretty fun ride. Realizeing what potential the movieverse has for Transformer focused fiction. The Autobots make decisions and engage the decepticons in war zones with only minimal approval from N.E.S.T. for human involvement.

I guess it depends on where you buy. As said, Sideswipe is pretty cheap as for the game, I would say it should be avaliable for $29.99 by now. That is better deal then what I got it for. As far as the servers go, my WFC copy has been dead for sometime so I don't know how active the WFC servers are. DOTM on the other hand has had some pretty good action lately but the servers have been terrible. But you can usually get in a few good games before your connection gives out. I know a few people who still play WFC on 360. I just haven't been on WFC for awhile. But I should be back today.

Not sure if this will help, but I may get the game for the PC. Anyone around here play it?

Close the thread, if you want. I wanted the game but it's still 50 bucks. No way am I paying that price for a game that's of lower-quality (apparently) than WFC. Ironic because WFC itself is 30/40.

I just got an Xbox and the game for Christmas. Already have the game beat and I'm level 20 on three of the classes, 14 on Warrior. But I've been playing online constantly.

I've been thinking about going and getting it again... But only if the online populace is more than who all is on WFC... I prefer WFC more... But it sucks that there's only 20 people online & it takes 4 hours to find enough people to get in a game with.

I played the games campaign from renting it and i gotta say i was unimpressed. The game play is a clone of WFC so its not the worst but to much of it feels rushed but this is a general problem with any game based on a movie. I just say wait patiently as one can for FOC.

I bought DOTM for less than 20 on ebay. I have no problem with it being a watered down WFC since I loved WFC. It had a lot of good ideas that are very memorable like Mirage's stage as well as the one with Laserbeak. It was also a good move on High Moon's part to make it a prequel to DOTM then a adaptation of it.
