If this has been done, my apologies....

By now everyone knows the movie lines has produce some off screen toys...

Well I was thinking while watching the first movie today, "what will be dotm off screen toys"

We know they have snow-related transformers toys, but we don't know if they're in the movie...

Since some of the movie will be in space, I'm thinking a shuttle-formers...

What do you guys and gals think will be off screen toys?

Side Bar: with TFCC having Astrotrain as an exclusive, can hasbro use it for the movie?

Astrotrain appeared in a (movieverse) comic, I think... Also I'm not sure but Skyhammer seems to be non-movie.

I'd be surprised if any of the mini-HAs are in.

I think Skyhammer's vehicle mode is in, would be surprised if robot is.

    ...what?

What I meant about Hasbro and TFCC, I thought one company couldn't use a mold until the other company is done with it?

    If that make sense...

All the HA "Basics" appear to be off-screen, the Voyager chopper-bot is probably off-screen, and the Deluxe Thundercracker repaint is also probably off-screen. Seems like these first two waves appear to contain more off-screen characters than usual (Jolt, Arcee, and Barricade are three more that are most likely not in DotM).

Personally I'm hoping the line has some really good mixed-aesthetic figures. Kinda like HftD Seaspray was sort of in between the Movie and Classic aesthetics.

The repaint of Armada Jetfire? That would in now way, shape, or form stop Hasbro from making a movie-verse Astrotrain.

    edit:
That is true, but it's the other way around. The TFCC has to wait something like six months after a figure's release by Hasbro before they can use it for one of their exclusives. Also, if Hasbro made a movie-verse Astrotrain, I severely doubt it would be from the Armada Jetfire mold. Would be cool to see that mold released at US retail again, but it's very unlikely. Any movie related Astrotrain figures we get will most likely be new molds.

I'm not completely sure, but I think the TFCC free-bee's are exempt from the rule. Probably also helps that the BiS Rodimus was, essentially, a re-release of the one from the 3-pack.

I'm guess the HA Basics are all off-screen characters. I'd actually love to see a jetski to go along with the snowmobile.

We need some kind of Ultra Magnus from the movie line. Voyager sized APC based on the Animated character.

So far Skyhammer, Jolt, Skids, Arcee, Breakaway, and Voretx are the only non-movie characters.

So far probably Air Raid, Vortex, and Skyhammer are the offscreen figs.
