Hey, I just got my DOTM Megatron from Walmart and I noticed his left leg is pretty wobbly. It wobbles right where the leg is attached to the pair of wheels on the upper thigh. Is it like this for anyone else? Or did I get the runt of the litter once again?

Exchange it. Simple as that... mine is in good shape save for that fricking hood ornament.

It's a normal QC issue that can happen to one with the thousands made. Just switch it at the store.

did you press the wheels in? the wheels actually lock the thighs in place once you have it aligned straight. i'm actually amazed at that locking mechanism, they could have just left it wobbly for the cab/trailer turning feature, but they also had the stability of bot mode in mind so the designer actually disabled the turning feature with the wheels lock.

This. First Megs I bought had a loose right shoulder, returned him for another and the new one is tight.

If the leg's on a ball joint, you might try one of a couple of different fixes(little bit of super glue, or wedging a little bit of tissue paper into the joint) and see if that does it... I usually try fixing stuff first, just to avoid the lines at the Walmart service desk. =p I think the only one I ever had to return was Terradive, whose leg was so loose it kept falling off.

Chances are it's a screw or the leg locking mechanism you're missing.

Well I've had the toy for a couple days now. Will they still take it? I got it through an order I placed with Walmarts website as well.

EDIT: Incase anyone was wondering, I picked him up on Tuesday (May 24th).

I have had 2 DOTM Megs, have had to return both for qc issues, 1st one megs right leg just wobbled around. The 2nd one i picked up looked like all the post that were supposed to tab into slots had been worn down, or something.....so now no megs, and not planning on getting it again.
