    ALL HAIL MEGATRON!

Well here he is, wow was this a project, but worth the journey. I owe some credit for this to Customs By Z as I was inspired by his Leader Megatron and modeled mine somewhat after his but put enough difference in it to be mine and not a straight copy! Thanks for the inspiration Andrew! Obviously this is a NON-Transforming Custom. The LED was a bit difficult to catch a pic of it while it was on as it is the stock wired LED from Optimus that blinks a few times and then goes out. So I apologize for the somewhat blurry pics on the LED light up portion LOL!

So did the basic same recipe as Customs By Z did, a ROTF Optims body as a base and a ROTF Megatron on the operating table to donate ALOT of parts LOL! I used apoxie scuplt on alot of areas to help adhere the splicing and dicing plus it gave him some over all weight which really complements the figure stability and realizim I think!

    Articulation inclues:

    Ball joint wrists
Hands with articulate fingers (courtesy of Fakebuster from Shapeways)
    Ball joint ankels
    Ball joint head
    Ball joint waist
    360 degree ratcheting shoulders
    180 degree swivel biceps
Normal full range of elbow articulation
    180 degree ratcheting hips
Normal full range of knee articulation

Great job dude, but I suggest working on the shotgun a little more. Looks out of place with the rest of the figure.

i wouldve made an exact copy if it works bro. I still see optimus biceps and shoulders on ur megatron, unlike zildijan's. I think u can make him better if you try to imitate his mold a bit more. I mean Zildijan based his on the cgi right? so u wouldnt be copying him, just his method, which works :)
Good work so far though. Not everyone could do this type of work.....

I always welcome a DOTM leader class Megatron! It looks really good, but just some constructive criticism: I think the tan color needs/needed to be darker & the shotgun doesn't fit well, but u can buy a Shapeways shotgun that looks really good!

Overall though, Its very well done & way better than anything I could EVER do! :D

Good overall job (better than my attempt as I rushed mine big time) I would make sure that no prime parts are easily recognizable e.g the shoulders stick out straight away to me and also the colour is not accurate and far too light. The actual colour has more of a darker grey green and khaki good job though and like I said better than mine !!!

Not too shabby bro! i think it might be the pictures but in this case, i think the truck parts are too pale. They should be a tad bit darker. Otherwise man, looks great!! :D
