leader DOTM megs in order to be that tanker truck PLUS the trailer to turn into one big figure without the two separating would take alot more engineering than people are thinking, especially if they want him accurate. for all the hype megatrons getting cause of this and all the custom leader class "action masters" megatrons as well the actual voyager figures radicons have been doing it'd be a real shame NOT to make a leader class, it might be like ratchets hatch said and be for DOTM's 2nd year wave of figures. and if you think about it, every movie version of megatron one class was based on the concept image and one was screen accurate (TFTM07 voyager was concept and leader was screen accurate and for ROTF vise versa) the DOTM megs we all have now is based on the skinny yet lanky concept from josh nizzi, only one left's screen accurate leader class ;)

but hey that may be just me

So is it safe to say, we are not getting one by now? Sad this was the only megatron I liked from the movies.

I have to agree with Hailstorm, here. I don't want a DOTM Leader Megatron, honestly. The truck mode will have to be teeny-tiny compared to Leader Prime, they'll obviously go Mech-Tech crazy, too. I'd much prefer a Shockwave.

Besides, DOTM Megatron isn't really high on my Megatron List anyway:

    1. First Movie - Kills Jazz, trashes Optimus all by himself.
    2. Second Movie - Takes out a submarine, wastes tons of humans, kills Optimus (with help).
    3. Third Movie - Destroys a Landmark, lies in a alley and shoots Sentinel in the back?

Hasbro said no to him and Shockwave at NYCC.

We did get a Leader Starscream in HFTD, so there's still a chance assuming we have a follow-up on the DOTM line.

I'd actually go with the Walmart exclusive deluxe Prime. He scales extremely well alongside voyager Megs.

I just can't see the movie line ending (I'm referring to the post-movie toyline coming out next year.) without a leader class of Optimus and Megatron. They've done it in just about every toy line for every continuity I can think of (Animated we got voyager OP and Leader Megs, but I think it was more for OP's character in the show, and also thats how they scale together on-screen.)

sometimes toy companies just mess up. like no leader class bone crusher for tf1, no leader class fallen for tf2, this may be our big let down, no leader class megatron even though the truck would have been the best design, and no leader shockwave or pet. also devastator could have been way better
