Looks like I might have found a DOTM toy I'll actually want although if I get one it'll be the Takara version.
yeah, size over scale makes sense. I'm still not super set on this, but that knife in the leg is awesome. The thing i don't like about this is how tiny his weapons are. The first voyager had massive guns, and i loved that. it'll take a bunch of good comparison photo's between all the different Ironhides for me to make a final decision, but so far Sentinel is the only leader class i'm getting.
I think Bumblebee and Ironhide should have never been leaders they waste the spot for others. I think only the BIG guys should be leaders, notice how in the past only Big guys were leaders(Optimus,Megatron, Brawl,Jetfire,Starscream) and were in scale with the deluxes and voyagers well most of them. I have ALL the leaders but this time I won't be buying all of them just Sentinel Prime. And for F$*K sake why THE EEEFFF din't Megatron get a leader, Megatron has to have a leader class, instead of bumblebee and Ironhide those spots should have been Megatron and Shockwave WTF!

I'm totaly sold on this mold. My HA can't wait for Ironhide to join them! Really nice and full of "surprises". However, there's no way in hell I'm gonna spend 80 €uros on a one-coulor legged leader class figure, when for approx. 100€ I'll be able to have the announced Takara MMP version. Oh and he'd better have a mouth like a real, movie-accurate mouth behind that grey mask thing... unless it's a scuba-Ironhide (you can tell from the knife )
yeah but the voyager looks like garbage as an ironhide, plus its weapons are terrible and the arm articulation is awful. i'd save up for this one. i wish they would've learned from the first movie voyager ironhide and gotten rid of that blue.. i'd rather them just use a dark grey. oh well. i'm curious as to whether or not the left arm arm cannon is accurate or not. i'm pretty sure he lost the original one at the end of revenge of the fallen, i wonder if this is a new replacement. as far as size is concerned.. i wish he were half way between human alliance bumblebee and leader prime in robot mode. .. or at least i hope the top of ironhides head only goes up to primes mouth. . if not, oh well. either way, this is the best ironhide we've seen yet. i don't mind the blue eyes, the way i look at it is that his eyes are blue and they're glowing. plus it's easy to go over that with a little paint. sentinel looks great.. enough said really. bumblebee on the other hand.. well, i've been trying to like this bumblebee, but i just cant. the head just looks like it's stuck in the front end of a camaro. his upper body is just a bit too bulky for me. and his head just looks too small compared to the rest of his body. what i'd like to see is a remolded human alliance bumblebee rather than a crappy cop out "stealth" repaint. the two giant bright yellow pinstripes really ruin the whole "stealth" idea anyways.

That was very clearly Warpath, a much more realistic look for him too, very nice. Game looks pretty good.
So far, I'm only picking up Leaders Ironhide and Sentinel Prime. They look to be the only DOTM figures that'll be worth their pricetags.
OK I understand Sentinel Prime leader-because he is big Bumblebee-stupid idea, kids love it But why Ironhide ?

I don't get that. Hasbro has insisted on that damned faceplate since TF1's promo renders and games, and it seems that only ROTF NEST Ironhide has a proper head sculpt. It's a shame that the rest of that figure was awful, aside from the cannons.
All of this focus on Ironhide has me very worried that he's gonna die. I'm already accepting that Sentinel Prime is a sacrificial character, but tears will definitely be shed over Ironhide should he bite the big one.
