Just picked him up but I noticed that the one I have doesn't turn his head like in every review I've seen. I also picked one up for my son and it has the same issue. Anyone have the same problem or is there some kind of quick mod to have him turn his head?

Blowdryer. Loosens the glue and allows you to turn the head after breaking it free.

I just twist it until the glue gives way. Doesn't harm the figure at all.

i think the main reason why his head is glued is because his head is not totally closed into the body. the part where the head post slides into the body is not totally covered. thats why when i did mine and i want to check the mouth plate out i was able to just twist the head, move it forward and the head came right off.

probably didnt want kids to experience that either thinking that it broke.

Ok, I just got leader Ironhide and I'm trying to twist the head but it won't budge, it's really stiff and I'm scared I might break something, any other tips on this?

Took this advice...... and then... a loud "SNAP" and was like "OH SHIT" I broke it...

    Head is FREE!!! Thanks guys!!

EDIT: One thing I just noticed is that you can't activate the gimmick when he's looking sideways, not that it's of much importance, but I noticed that and his face plate when looking sideways moves a little downwards..

I left mine as it is. Don't really need him to look to the sides and don't want to risk breaking the wires.

Ive hear of the problem, I dont own the figure, but ive heard that people have fixed it by twisting the head back and forth easily yet firm and the glue eventually gives ways after enuff fiddling with it, they dont put on too much glue, just enuff the hold the head, ive saw a guy do a review of the figure right out of the box and as he was handling the head he got it to turn just by twist the head with just enuuf force
