I added chrome foil to Jolt's rims, grill, and Chevy symbols. I've also added other car details and gave him a black wash.

I know others have painted him blue to match RotF Jolt, but I like the idea that he scanned an updated vehicle with different colors (like Ratchet). If I decided to give him an extensive paint job, I'll go with silver...

It makes lots of sense! Just look at the DotM highway scene! :)

    Sure he did.

Yeah, once I figured out how to make his arms work nicely, I love it!

Thanks guys! Yeah, imagine how cool it would have been if Jolt used his whips like Whiplash did in Ironman 2!

    EDIT: Added original pics here...

    4-4-13 update

Last night I gave Jolt a black wash. I got most of him done, just need to do a little on his back next time I work on him.
I also gave his car mode a black wash, something I wasn't planning to do to any car modes. But looking at him, the spaces between his doors and elsewhere didn't look deep enough, so I thought I'd give it a try...
I plan to also clear away excess black with a toothpick, especially in car mode, and fix up the damaged chrome foil...

I wonder if anyone has ever tried to paint this mold purple?

Regardless, looking good as always. :)

Thanks guys! I really like washes now, too, ever since watching Unicron 9's tutorial.
