A personal favourite. I was actually shocked when Sentinel Prime just turned and rusted Ironhide to death. So unfortunate..Dunno about you guys but i wished it were the other 'less' prominent characters that was killed by Sentinel. Haiz..Still reeling from the fact that this is the last in this saga. Hopefully they will have a new spin off...

    Some features of this custom

    - Plastic parts were sanded, filed and treated to give a more realistic steel feel

    - Starburst Metallics with UV protection.

    - Extreme detailing with paint washes, dirt and stains at the feet.

    - Robot body was shaded in platinum silver for a very vibrant and striking metal sheen finish.

    - Mudstains for the wheels.

Just to bring to your attention, there are 2 types of blacks here. The windscreens were painted in pure black while the body was airbrushed in Starburst Metallic Black.

the paint job is fantastic... like ever, you know^^
but the wheels.... doesn´t look nice togehter with this super shiny and glossy robotmode...
Look, everything is sooo clean and super glossy, not a little bit dirty and then the super dirty wheels?
but the rest looks only amazing!

This is Bear Perfect, but the chest should Be modded to Be more symetric, this is the Main Problem in this beautiful figure. And the mud in the wheels bites with the Perfect and clean Rest of the entire figure. These are my only issues in this One, all other is perfect.

Would Be interesting to Know Why hasbro don't give him the damaged face

Both of you guys are absolutely right. I was having a very hard time trying to decide if I should mud stain the car parts near the wheels but..I didn't have the balls to do it. LOLZ. I mean...it's so clean and I just couldn't do it. Urghh!!!

But I felt that the mud adds some 'character' to him you see. Thanks for highlighting my dilemma.

For a second, when I saw the thread, I thought it would be leader Ironhide. It quickly became obvious that it wasn't. In any case, really nice. Although I wonder if it would've been better to have the wheels less dirty since you didn't also apply it to truck mode.

I know how you feel about the movie. I'm kinda the same. It's extremely unlikely, but I'm hoping that they continue the live action series with Beast Wars. It'll probably take magic to create a believable storyline for that though.

Nice and shiny!! Looks great! Couple things, I love the mud effects but I think you could use more dusting effects to blend into the mud. Also, I am surprised you left a thumb print in the windshield and I would've painted the front lens white or a light grey maybe. The yellow IMO, looks awkward against the rest of the paint job. Really nice though, your shine effect is top notch and I like the silver tones.

Hahah! You spotted it. The windscreen is so shiny and smooth that it's a fingerprint magnet. GOes off with a simple wipe. Hehe. Thanks for noticing.

love the paint job very smooth and realistic ! I would add some mud spray though to top it off! You prob know this already but a great way to do this is to flick the mud coloured paint on with an old paint brush!

I agree on the mud & rest clashing a little, but also, I wish you had put in a spoiler warning, I haven't gotten to see it yet. that notwithstanding, paint work is superb as usual.
