Dark of the moon was so disappointing that HIGH MOON should put out a free DLC with THE REST OF THE CAMPAIGN. Not level-based and an incredibly short campaign. Everything else about the game was awesome, just the length and not being able to replay any part of the game at your leisure was not a good idea high moon. In closing, get WFC back, or ROTF.

^...you know you can replay the campaign levels, right?

Truth. I prefer ROTF, but all of the games are a lot of fun to play, especially with other TFWers.

I think he means how people are saying if you want to replay a specific mission, say Megatron's, you'd have to play through all the missions before that.

Rotf is freeroam, do what ever you want.
Dotm is shoot, hide, shoot. Die in 5 seconds of stepping out of hiding.
    Just sayin. :D

But you don't have to do that. You can specifically pick which mission you want to replay, and even what part to start at.

I think both are about equal, but I picked ROTF because you can get it for cheaper.

I voted DotM because it plays like WFC, and I LOVE WFC.

I personally feel that Dark of the Moon is a far superior game to Revenge of the Fallen. The gameplay is essentially identical to War for Cybertron, but with a movieverse facelift. I bought the game knowing (and wanting) that, and it delivers.

I'm currently enjoying MP on it, and liking it even more than I did WFC.

    I'm getting the gist that:

    1) RoTF is a better "transformers" game with more freedom.
    2) It is however hampered by strange controls and being generally dated.
    3) DoTM is newer and has WFC gameplay with movie skins which is awesome!
    4) However, it shot itself in the foot with a short campaign and barely any multiplayer skins.

Conclusively, RoTF is 3.5/5 as its better than expected apart from controls. DoTM is 3.5/5 because it failed to live up to itself.

    Anyone concur?

The controls aren't that bad, I love them in fact! It breaks the mutiny of press the button to shoot and another to do whatever. Assassin's Creed has the same level of complexity and everybody loves it.

    AC is pretty damn awesome.

I guess I haven't played RoTF in so long so I've forgotten if they are hard or not, I just remember them being strange at first.

Hold trigger to transform is a bit wierd at first in ROTF but it actually feels more engaging ,

Turbo-this. TFTM is literally one of the worst games I've ever played. I can't even comprehend how someone could like it more than ROTF.

ROTF is not the best game ever, but it is a game, which is a whole lot fucking more than I can say for the utter putrid, vile, filth that was Transformers: The Movie the Game.

ROTF is a terrible game, having to hold a damn button down to keep in vehicle mode makes the controls so clunky and unfun

the first one is actually FUN, gosh, on the ps2 it is a blast to free roam and just have fun as bumblebee on that first mission
