I've found the sound editing to consistently be one of the strongest elements of the movies. Kudos to this guy and his team. They might just be the best sound effects crew in Hollywood.
I can't think of many other movies where the sound made such an impression.
Sound was two thumbs up for sure
Sounded ok in the theater. Most theaters don't spend the time or money need to actually make a movie sound realistic. IMAX would have been better but family wanted our regular theater.
I'll be happy when it comes to Blu-Ray to hear it how it should have sounded. 9.4 system, (8) 15" subwoofers and 6,000watts
F you Marcus theaters. LOL
can i come over? xD
I'll co-sign to that.
You know that when you watch a Bay film- a Bay Transformers film- you WILL get the best is VFX and the best in sound.
Anytime you want Josh, I have movie parties all the time.
How you been man?
been pretty good!
nice to start seein ya around here again!
sure do miss your arts! =)
Yeah, haven't done much art in years after buying the house. The last art I did was design my theater and subs before I built them.LOL
I might post some WIPs in the art forum this weekend.
That sounds like a sweet setup. Can I come over too?
Maybe I'll have to set up some showing when the new movie comes out on BD.
Yes! Loved the sound. Especially during the invasion scene.
I find it freaking crazy that my sister's friend fell asleep during the movie. Yeah.
In a scene involving Buzz Aldrin I want to die of happiness, even when even do not see Optimus, but only hear his breath...
I've been learning sound mixing and these guys do some of the best work that I've "listened to" recently.
