If these, at least Prime, were 100% accurate I would have been all over this line.

Best optimus prime figure ever. Can't wait to receive it.

Tell me, what is not accurate then?

And you compare it to TF1/2 prime. Not very clever, the model is different. And I fail to see which proportions you are talking about? He might be just a bit bulkier, but that's all. It's impossible to have something 100% movie accurate about such details.

This toy could barely be better.

The antennae on the head are too wide; limb proportions seem off somehow (maybe it's the pose or camera shot) & he's got too much bulk around the torso/too small 'abs' from the looks of things to call this accurate. And sorry, but for a pricey non-transforming model, it should be.

Ok, if I understand correctly, you think it's not accurate:

I tend to disagree strongly on that one.

This is gonna look badass when I paint the frame black and drybrush it, then detail the pipes and gears. That pewter looks off. Otherwise this looks phenomenal.

Is there a pre-order up for this yet? I'm sure there was one?

It's very well made, & not at all an inaccurate representation. Getting a clear side-by-side (good comparison shots btw) like this shows how off the head is, which is the only thing that really bothers me; but the resin shot does look more in proportion than the one in the video.

I'll probably still end up getting it though.

In the video you can just see those little metal lines that are always on Movie Prime's eyes on the Model. From what I saw, it's pretty accurate.

Ya'll know this is probably based on the DOTM render right? Comparing it to the 07/ROTF model makes no damn sense.

    ^ This guy knows.

I think they look PHENOMENAL. If only I could scrounge up the cash for either or both of them. They are just awesome beyond words.

It's just the torso that bothers me, seems too small. Still amazing though, hopefully this will expand to more Autobots. Even model kits of vehicle modes.

That model looks great, it's getting rather tempting.

the whole pre-built inner frame thing reminds me of something Kotobukiya did in a line called Frame Arms.
