After watching "Don't you forget about me" (a documentry about film makers who want to find John Hughes, it has some interviews with people greatley influenced and fans of his work such as Roger Ebert, Richard Roeper, Kevin Smith, Molly Ringwald and Hot Rod himself Judd Nelson)

Okay so it got me thinking what was the best movie the late John Hughes directed and or wrote.......

For me personally It's Ferris Bueller's Day off because of the whole battle that Mr.Rooney has with busting Ferris and failing miserably that and the whole mad dash home at the end of the movie. :lol

So what's your favourite John Hughes movie?

Absolutely love Home Alone, Ferris Bueller, The Breakfast Club, and Weird Science.

But if I had to pick just one it'd be Ferris....SAVE FERRIS!

Tough choice between Ferris and Breakfast Club, but ultimately I chose Breakfast Club.
I'm not a huge fan of Weird Science myself, but that's probably just me.

Went with Ferris, but it was a tough choice between that and The Breakfast Club.

Only one on that list I've seen is Home Alone, but it wasn't that great, so I voted for "None".

I have a soft spot for the Great Outdoors myself. Hughes' writing in that was brilliant. I still LOL at the racoons.

I voted for "Mejor Solo Que Mal Acompañado" (Planes, trains and automobiles). that movie is brilliant from beginning to the end. XD Kevin Bacon cameo ftw! XD John Candy dresses as the devil. The whole F word scene. "You are going on the wrong way!" XD. "Those arent pillows!!!" XD
I am laughing just from loose scenes. XD And its very touching too.

While 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off' is a total classic, being about the ultimate day off for a high school kid, I ultimately chose 'The Breakfast Club'

Hard to pick just one. My three favorites are Ferris, Breakfast Club and Weird Science. Just great stuff.
