Doesnt it have to be sealed to get AFA'd ??

    AFA will not grade this unless it is submitted for a loose AFA grade.

    They have something new called "AFA Qualified", where they accept open box items.

    Edit--erm, correction, for AFA Qualified, they won't graded pieces that have opened bubbles, only opened boxes, like Optimus/Megatron/Soundwave/etc. So, yeah, they would not grade this.

    I wonder how they going to deal with this:
    Vintage figure Sealed on bubble, but KOed instruction/accessories.

    I'm positive they can't tell the difference. They disclaim on their site that they can't tell repro accessories from originals on loose graded toys:
