Does Rodimus ever use his trailer?

    Does Rodimus Prime ever transform his trailer in either the cartoon or the comics and use it as a secondary blaster or armament station? I know Optimus did with his trailer from time to time but I can't think of an instance where Rodimus did this.

    Just working on a custom of Rodimus and wondering how crucial it is for his trailer to actually transform.

    IIRC, he doesn't use it in the cartoon.

    I think he only uses it if he was going camping for the weekend.

    Like with Ultra Magnus's trailer, the cartoon just uses it as part of his regular robot mode.

    The only time I've seen it used in the comics off the top of my head is in Dreamwave's G1 vol 2. Hot Rod's using it as the generator for a laser torch/arc welder sort of thing.
