Or is this simply "fanon"? I've seen it referenced in tons of fics, so I decided to check a few wikis and did a few Google searches, but so far haven't found anything but more fanfics.

I'm only asking because I haven't seen it referenced in Animated at all.

Are there any other "well known fanon facts"? Just curious what people've come up with over the years.

Yeah, I'm looking around. I'm probably overlooking it or something.

If anyone had a logic glitch it'd be Shockwave...

yeah in the G1 Marvel comics, Shockwave's logic glitch was extremely bad or effective...depending on how one looks at it.

Ah, fanfic writers just borrowed that idea from him and...made it "Prowl's thing." I dunno why, though...though I also don't know why people keep thrusting Prowl/Jazz at me, either... @_@

    From Prowl's original Tech Spec:

    "Logic is the ultimate weapon."
Prowl will keep at a task for as long as it takes. Strives to find reason and logic in everything. A listener, not a talker. Has most sophisticated logic center of all Autobots. Able to analyze and advise on complex combat situations almost instantaneously. Fires wire-guided missiles and high-corrosive acid pellets. The unexpected can often scramble his circuits.

So I'd say he has the same sort of logic glitch thing happening as Shockwave.

Edit: If we're talking about Animated Prowl, I'm not sure if this would apply.

I was looking at a long list of Prowls, by year and series, and didn't have time to go through them all, and my search of Prowl+Glitch came up with way too much to sift through, too. So yeah, I just assumed Animated Prowl.

And thanks for the explanation :thumbs2:

G1 cartoon prowl? I think it's more he lives in a universe where logic doesn't work like the real world, due to the writing quality,
